So I spotted this picture of Beyonce on The Fashion Bomb Daily and I automatically wanted to share and get an opinion about her outfit from my lovely and wonderful readers. Patterned pants have been the trend for the past year and a half so its no surprise to see celebrities rocking them with different pieces of clothing and accessories. Beyonce hit the streets of NYC rocking Hawaiian Harem pants rolled up with bright yellow pumps. ASW readers please tell me what you think about Beyonce’s pants!

Good Morning Loves!! It’s Monday. The start of a brand new work week. I was catching up on Essence.com to find out what the celebrities were rocking over the weekend and Cassie’s outfit caught my eye. If you are on twitter then you know that everyone has been tweeting and talking about Cassie and Diddy hanging out and attending shows in Paris. I love the look of capes in the winter/fall time. ASW readers please tell me what your thoughts on Cassie’s outfit. 

Hey there!! So I’m sure the majority of us watched the Grammy Awards this past Sunday night and got a chance to see celebrities strut across the red carpet in their fancy gowns and suits. I missed the pre-show because I attended The Love Affair event but I did get a chance to see what some of the celebrities wore. To be quite honest with you all I was very disappointed in the pieces that the majority of the celebrities chose. I think more thought and creativity could have been put forth but that’s just my opinion.

Anywho, I did however fall in love with the lovely Alicia Keys outfit. She looked absolutely amazing and that dress was made for her. I even like how her hair was styled for this lavish event. ASW readers I would love to hear your thoughts about A. Keys ensemble.

Good Morning Lovelies!! It has been a few weeks since I’ve done a HAUTE or NOT so let’s get straight to it. Lala Anthony grabbed lunch with a friend a few days ago in NYC at a restaurant called Toast. Lala’s style is very random and she likes trying out the latest trends. ASW readers please tell me what you think of Lala’s outfit.

Good Morning lovelies!! I hope all is well with everyone. Lance Gross attended the 50th Anniversary for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital a few days ago. A few other celebrities were there too support such a great cause as well. Lance wore a brown velvet three piece suit to the event. He is an actor known for having great style and who is also easy on the eye. ASW readers please tell me what you all think of Lance Gross’s suit.

Good Morning my lovely ASW readers and HAPPYYYYY NEWW YEAR to you all! How did you all ring in the new year? I partied it up at a club in downtown Miami, Florida called Karu and Y. The club closed down about a year ago and it opened up for one night to celebrate the New Year!! Isn’t that neat? We all had a great time.

Ok sorry for digressing off the topic at hand. The talented singer/trendsetter Rihanna attended the CIROC The New Year 2012 party in Miami, Florida, which was hosted by Star Jones, Diddy and Vivica A. Fox. Check out the youtube video below. It would have been nice to attend such a lavish and private event!

Good Morning lovelies! Today is Christmas Eve and since we will all be spending time with our families tomorrow I decided to wish you all an early Merry Christmas. Today my family and I are attending the Saturday service at 4:30 since our church is extra packed on special holidays. Additionally, as you all open gifts and converse with your family and friends it is important to remember the reason for the season.

She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins- Matthew 1:21.

Hey ASW readers! It’s me again. For the next two weeks I will be blogging a lot more because I am on my two week vacation from work. Remember I’m a teacher #pleasantries. Ok folks, let’s get right into it. Last night the lovely Jennifer Hudson attended and performed at the taping of Vh1′s Divas Celebrate Soul in NYC. She is rocking a mini dress with over the knee boots. It has been such a pleasure to see the change in size and outfits that Hudson has been wearing since she has lost 80 + pounds within the past year and a half. She has taken more risks and has looked great doing it.

VH1′s Divas Celebrate Soul will premiere TONIGHT @ 9pm on VH1. You should also look forward to seeing performances by Jill Scott, Kelly Clarkson, Jill Scott and many others. ASW readers please tell me what you all think of Jennifer Hudson’s outfit.

One last thing! Did you see how I changed up the format for this Haute or Not post? I’m kind of feeling it. It will be nice to flow in to the new year with some new formats for the ASW blog!

Good Morning ASW readers! I hope your morning is going great so far. I wanted to share with you some photos of the lovely actress Paula Patton who attended the movie premiere of Mission Impossible 4 in Madrid, Spain a few nights ago. Last week, Robin Thicke was a guest on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show discussing how excited he was about his wife getting the opportunity to star in such a noteworthy film. The movie also stars Tom Cruise and Jeremy Renner which hits theaters December 21, 2011.

Patton’s style to me is chic and classic. After looking over these photos I feel as though she decided to try something new in Madrid. ASW readers please express to me your thoughts on Paula Patton’s gown.
